My Story

I am a serial entrepreneur running three companies. For a long time I used alcohol to take the edge off. I am four years sober now. Sobriety meant I had to face it head on, without the shortcut. I tried everything. Self-talk. Hypnotherapy. Breathwork was the one that actually changed something.

The Discovery

A TikTok. That is how I found Itzhak Bentov. I know how that sounds. But I went straight down the rabbit hole and never came back up. I am a believer that things find you when you are ready for them. That video was placed in front of me for a reason. I tried the protocol the same day I learned about it. It worked immediately. I have not looked back since.

Where the Name Came From

After a session I described how I felt to someone — tuned in, anchored, ready to perform. Those words became the name.
